Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Foothills Vision Center the leading provider of vision care products and services in Lakewood.


Kevin J. Krajewski, O.D. FAAO

Dr. K will provide you with personalized eye care that not only will give you clear, comfortable vision, but will take the time to ensure that the health of your eyes is maintained.

He graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Krajewski received an additional year of residency training at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia where he taught optometry students and managed complex ocular disease cases.

He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Colorado Optometric Association, and American Academy of Optometry. He was awarded the Optometrist of the Year by the COA in 2022. He also participates in the VSP sight for students program.


Tuesday Hennessy, OD

Dr. Hennessy joined Foothills Vision Center in July 2018. She attended the University of Missouri-St Louis College of Optometry, where she graduated with honors and then moved to Colorado in March of 2012.

She is experienced in the treatment of glaucoma, eye infections, corneal disease, diabetic eye disease, cataracts and pre- and post-operative care of LASIK, PRK, and RK patients. She holds special interest in keratoconic eye disease and specialty contact lens fits. She has also given hundreds of pediatric eye exams and receives satisfaction when giving a child with blurry vision their first pair of glasses or contacts.
Dr Hennessy is a member of American Optometric Association and Colorado Optometric Association. She was awarded Young Optometrist of the Year by the COA in 2020. She enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and all the recreation the state has to offer. She and her husband have three young children.


Jean DeMoss, OD, FAAO

Dr. DeMoss is the newest addition to the Foothills Vision Center family. Dr. DeMoss’s undergraduate degree is from Davidson College in North Carolina. She obtained her degrees in the Visual Sciences and Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia where she was inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society and the Gold Key International Honor Society. She completed a Pediatric Optometry residency from The Eye Institute at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1999.

She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the American Academy of Optometry and the Colorado Optometric Association. Dr. DeMoss served as the Colorado Optometric Association President in 2022.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her two teenage sons. Her hobbies include running, skiing, reading and knitting,


Susan Eissenberg, O.D. FAAO

Dr. Susan Eissenberg offers a full range of eyecare services that will help you maintain clear, comfortable vision and healthy eyes. She provides informed solutions to your unique vision needs in a considerate and professional atmosphere. Each thorough examination includes careful testing to determine whether you need vision correction. If you do, she can find the most appropriate prescription for you, whether for eyewear or contact lenses. The eye exam includes complete eye health testing for diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. Her patients have commented frequently about the exceptional exam and friendly service.

She graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optomtery.    Dr. Eissenberg is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Colorado Optometric Association, and the American Academy of Optomtery.  She has served as a Trustee on the COA Board and was a founding member and President of the Denver Metro Optometric Society.

Dr. Eissenberg enjoys spending time with her family in beautiful Colorado.They can regularly be found on their bicycles training for and participating in the Ride the Rockies, an annual 400-500 mile week-long ride. She also enjoys hiking and travel.
